1. What is HitRadar?
HitRadar provides all kinds of useful information and web analytics
to help you understand where your web traffic is coming from. What internet
promotion works best? Pay-per-click? Ad words? Are you getting clicks
from banner ads? Organic search results? With-in minutes these questions
can be answered and web traffic can be increased using HitRadar.
2. How does the
HitRadar Web Tracker work?
HitRadar Web Tracker captures all web stats in real-time and presents
intelligent information to you immediately, 24 hours a day seven days
a week.
3. Will I have to display
a banner on my site for HitRadar to work?
No. HitRadar works behind the scenes and does not require you to display
any advertising links or banners on your website for it to work.
4. Will others be able to see my
site’s traffic stats?
No. The public is not able to view your HitRadar traffic stats. You
view your traffic information by logging in to the HitRadar Members
Area.
5. What do I need to do for HitRadar to
start monitoring my website?
We will provide you with the necessary javascript code which you will
need to copy and paste into your webpage html source. You will need
the ability to access and edit your webpage html. It’s a simple procedure,
however, if you need help, our “Live Help” Customer
Support will walk you through it.
6. Will HitRadar keep track of visitors
to each page of my website?
HitRadar encourages you to install the necessary javascript code on
every page you wish to monitor traffic.
7. When does my free trial period
end?
Your free trial period is valid for 7 days. After 7 days your account
will be billed on a monthly basis. If you would like to unsubscribe,
click the “End Free Period” link in your member’s area on or before
the 7th day of your trial period.
8. When will I get rebilled each
month if I decide to continue the service?
Your account will be billed 40 days after your initial signup, and then
every 30 days following that.
9. How do I discontinue
the HitRadar subscription service?
Contact HitRadar Customer Support by phone, email or Live Chat Help.
10. What length of time will my traffic
stats be kept viewable?
HitRadar saves all webpage traffic information for a period of 30 days.
However, webpage summary stats are available and presented to you each
month as long as you are a member.
11. What if my site attracts a very large
amount of traffic?
HitRadar allows 100,000 page views per month per unique website domain.
If your site requires more, your account will be charged a subscription
fee per each additional 100,000 page views.
12. Will HitRadar work with secure websites
(HTTPS)?
Yes, HitRadar will work with secure webpages, as well as non-secure
webpages.
